Red moat® Fiber Cement Board presents the part of Japan know-how as a high quality building materials. It is developed and manufactured under the International Accreditation System ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, so it may be specified with total confidence. And quality of the board conforms to the requirements of BS EN 12467 Fibre-cement flat sheets —Product specification and test methods.
All Red moat® board is autoclaved to become stable product. It contains some recyclable powder or power plant waste powder and other inorganic materials such as porland cement, silica powder and cellulose fiber as the main materials, therefore makes it a green label product. And It does not contain any of asbestos fiber, however, it has strong bending strength like those with asbestos. Given its superior weathering resistant and bending strength performances, make it suitable for any purposes of applications. It can be applied not only for the interior use of wall in bedroom, kitchens, bathroom, laundries ,toilets and other areas in domestic building, but also suitable for the outdoor wall system.
Comparing to the traditional brick wall, Red moat® fiber cement board partitioning system is only 20% of total weight, therefore, it can save the cost for the building structure and create more interior space. The board can be manufactured with recessed edges on both long edges so that sheets may be taped and set with plaster jointing materials to allow a smooth joint-free finished surface. Once jointed, it may be tiled, painted or wallpapered as desired.
